Terms of Service
Effective date: June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at AITradeScan.com and the services provided by PresencePro Media ("we," "us," or "our"), a DBA of 3Squared Media LLC, located in Livonia, Michigan. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
2. Our services
PresencePro Media provides local visibility, reputation, and marketing services, and offers free informational scans and audits. Scans and audits are provided for informational purposes only, may rely on third-party and publicly available data, and are estimates — not guarantees of any particular result, ranking, or outcome.
3. The offer and billing term
The Market Leader System is sold as a 90-day (quarterly) term for a one-time payment of $2,997, billed once at signup. This single payment covers your full 90-day term. This is not a subscription, does not automatically renew, and no recurring charges are associated with the quarterly term.
4. No stored payment; no auto-renewal for quarterly
We do not store your payment method for automatic future billing of the quarterly plan, and we never automatically charge you for a new quarterly term. Each quarterly term is a separate, manually authorized payment.
5. Your 15-day decision window
Approximately 15 days before your current 90-day term ends, we will contact you. During this 15-day window you may actively choose one of two options: (a) purchase another 90-day quarterly term at your grandfathered founding rate of $2,997 (a one-time payment, which includes the quarterly Instant Revenue Reactivation campaign); or (b) opt in to a month-to-month plan at $1,497 per month.
6. Cancellation is the default
If you do not affirmatively select an option during your 15-day decision window, your service is automatically discontinued at the end of your current term. No further charges of any kind will be made, and you will not be enrolled in any recurring plan. Continuation always requires your active choice.
7. The month-to-month plan (the only recurring option)
The $1,497/month plan is the only recurring billing option we offer, and it applies only if you affirmatively select it. It renews monthly until you cancel. It does not include the quarterly Instant Revenue Reactivation campaign, which remains exclusive to active quarterly-term members. You may cancel at any time; to prevent your next monthly charge, you must cancel at least fourteen (14) days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing and does not refund a charge already made.
8. Guarantee
We guarantee at least 10 new reviews within your first 30 days, provided you complete required onboarding steps (providing your customer list, connecting your job software, or distributing review-request tools to your team). If this is not met and you have completed your part, we will continue the service at no additional charge until it is met. This guarantee covers continued service, not a monetary refund.
9. Usage limits
The AI Employee includes 500 AI voice minutes and 1,000 text messages per month. Usage beyond these amounts is billed at cost ($0.45/minute, $0.05/text) or on a custom plan.
10. Classroom promotion
The back-to-school classroom supply promotion is limited to the first 20 qualifying enrollments through August 31, 2026. Supplies are purchased by PresencePro Media on the client's behalf as a promotional gift; it is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
11. Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
12. No guarantee of marketing results
Except for the specific review guarantee stated above, marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue, or results, except where an express written guarantee is provided in a separate service agreement, and only as stated there.
13. Not affiliated with search or AI platforms
PresencePro Media is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, or by any other search engine, AI platform, or directory service. Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The AI Employee is provided for handling inbound customer inquiries and related follow-up for your business only. It may not be used for outbound telemarketing campaigns, mass or automated dialing, resale or sharing across multiple businesses or locations, or any use that violates applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable state calling and messaging regulations. Compliance with call recording, consent, and do-not-call requirements is the responsibility of the account holder. PresencePro Media may suspend or limit AI Employee usage that materially exceeds the included allowance, that we reasonably believe to be automated, fraudulent, or non-customer traffic, or that creates risk of legal or carrier non-compliance. Where usage is limited, we will contact you first and work with you on an appropriate plan.
15. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to PresencePro Media and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
The website, scans, and audits are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PresencePro Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the services giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PresencePro Media and 3Squared Media LLC from claims or damages arising out of your use of the website or services or your violation of these Terms.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
20. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
